This contract is entered into by and between the Law Courts of Edmonton, hereinafter referred to as “the Court”, and the Photographer, hereinafter referred to as “the Photographer”. The purpose of this contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Photographer may take and use photographs within the premises of the Law Courts of Edmonton.

1 The Photographer shall seek prior written permission from the Court before taking any photographs within the premises of the Law Courts of Edmonton.
